We love Draw and Write Through History

Post by billswife » Wed Apr 06, 2011 11:37 am

I just have to say again that we love these books! My son is doing CTC and today we drew the Roman soldier. We each draw our own picture and today my 8 year old joined us. We had a great time doing this! Thanks Carrie for using these books!

My ds loves these books also. I have loved watching his progression with them. Last year he traced almost all of the assignments. This year he has meticulously followed the step by step instructions and is so proud of his drawings. When I brought the RTR package home the first book he pulled out was Draw and Write to see what he would get to draw next year.

Ann,

Hooray! :D We have seen such good drawing/sketching progress out of our kiddos with these step-by-step books too! :D Our boys' drawings just keep getting better over time, as these books really teach "how" to draw and color one step at a time! :D

Blessings,
Carrie
