Supply List for Beyond?

Hi Everyone!
I got my Beyond Little Hearts for His Glory stuff yesterday! YAY! I am wondering if anyone can tell me a list of supplies that I should have in the house? I see that Day 1 Unit 1 calls for masking tape (if the weather is decent, I'm considering sidewalk chalk on the driveway instead ;). I don't usually have a lot of masking tape in the house, so I'm wondering about other projects/activities and what supplies I might need to make sure I have? I've got 8 kiddos here and have to carefully plan our shopping trips, so I want to figure this out! :)

Thank you!

How exciting! You're going to enjoy it! We're halfway through Beyond and loving it!

We have used various household items (cotton balls, milk, playdoh, flashlight, shortening, water, paint, construction paper, foil, glue, etc.). It's very easy to swap out most of the supplies - like you plan to do with masking tape & sidewalk chalk. However a few activities are very specific to the project (i.e. the day we were instructed to make ice cream!) :D

You can easily read ahead through the box on the left page, left bottom corner as that is where most of the supplies are used. I read ahead a week and add any supplies we need to my shopping list of anything that I can't swap out.

I found it helpful to have lots of 3x5 blank index cards for my ds's spelling words and memory verse. I also use Post-It notes to keep our place in the history/read-aloud books and I also use them to write the Bible verse that goes with the godly character trait (Storytime box) and move it week to week through the genres.

We use wide-ruled notebook paper for his copywork and keep it in a 3-ring binder when he's finished.

I have found that I have most of the required supplies on hand (or something else I can easily use as a substitute). Food coloring, cornmeal, and ingredients for making clay (recipe is in the guide) are a few things popping in my head at the moment.
