Hi ladies! I have a question.....I just ordered our books for next fall (our boxes should be here this afternoon ). We will be starting in July in Bigger with my daughter who is 7 (will turn 8 in September) for 2nd grade. I ordered the DITHOR teacher's book, the level 2/3 student book, and the Level 2 bookpack. Did I need to get the book projects to send home as well? I just noticed those and wasn't sure what they were and if we needed those as well.

Also, does the level 2 really mean 2nd grade? The reason that I ask this is, like for next year would I use the level 2/3 student book and then the level 3 packs for 3rd grade and so forth?

You don't have to have the Book Projects book to do DITHR. At the end of each genre, for the last 5 days, the dc works on a project. There are 3 choices of projects that go with the genre and one of the choices comes from the Book Projects to send home book. So you will still have two other options for projects if you don't have the Book Projects book.
