Math in Focus (Singapore Style)

Hi Carrie,
I'm curious what you think of this, and how it compares in your opinion to Singapore US or Singapore Standards Editions. We've only just started with Singapore, getting ready to move into book 1B (first grade). I was getting ready to order the next book, when MIF (Math in Focus) caught my eye - so now I'm curious.

I should also ask your preference of the Standards Edition vs the US Edition, and does it really matter which one we choose?

I know that HOD uses the US Edition of Singapore.

I asked about the Math in Focus a while back. I have NO IDEA how to link a post, but if you will type "Cavendish" in the search box in the top right of the board it will be the only post that comes up. Just scroll down for Carrie's reply. Hope that helps!!
