CTC Poetry Painting ??

Could someone please explain to me how to complete the painting for poetry in week 19? My ds and I aren't quite sure what we are supposed to be doing with the clouds?? We did not understand the wording of the directions (my lack of art terminology, I am sure
). Sorry, no matter how many times I read it, I just haven't figured it out!

Just remember that there is not really one right way to do this, as creativity is to be encouraged

We are just doing the best we can with this one. Ds finally decided to just do it his way..and I decided to let him!
