birographies of Stevenson and Frost

I'm interested in reading more about Robert Louis Stevenson and Robert Frost as we study their poetry. Can anyone recommend a good biography for either of these men?

It's always tough to find appropriate biographies on authors/poets for younger kiddos, as there is often much in the life of the author or poet that may be difficult to understand and explain. One less comprehensive biographical way to read about the poets is through the Introductions in the Poetry for Young People series. The books are fairly inexpensive, contain beautifully illustrated versions of the poems, and have a several page introduction of the poet's life geared toward a younger audience. There is one for Robert Frost and one for Robert Louis Stevenson.

That does help, Carrie. Thank you. I'm actually looking for biographies to read myself. I thought my own edification could enrich our poetry discussions. But when I went to the library there were so many on both authors, so I just grabbed several to see where they take me. I started one this afternoon on Frost.
