My son was my teacher today

We are in Unit 25 of PHFHG so we streamed the IMAX Coral Reef film. My ds8 stood in front of the TV naming where the coral reefs are located, every creature, explaining every partnership, explaining what they eat, how they protect themselves and so on. I just sat on the couch, as his student, truly learning SOOOOO much about the Coral Reef. My favorite part was watching him relate all he had learned about God's wonderful sea creatures with such joy. I believe this is a result of learning in an enjoyable way.

Thank you HOD!

Adrienne,

I love those moments when my kiddos show me they have learned something deeply... much more deeply than I could have imagined! :D Those ARE truly the moments when you just sit back and enjoy. :D

Thanks for sharing! :D

Blessings,
Carrie

Oral narration at its best! :D I'm glad you got to see and hear it, and I too have been in the learning seat with my dc. Their minds soak up so much more than mine can these days, and it is a blessing to be able to see their thinking in action. I am PTL with you today!

In Christ,
Julie
