trying to understand HS Credit

Hi -
I'm beginning to put my wheels in motion to plan my soon to be 14 yo's Freshman year. I would like to continue to use HOD, but I'm having difficulty discerning how to determine how much to add to make RTR high school worthy.
I've read this thread:

But what I can't understand is how do I know "how much" to add.
