Will this book continue to still be available?
Was there ever another book that was suggested to replace it in case you couldn't get it anymore?

I replied to you on the yahoo group also. These are available under DITHOR packages. There is a Gr 2, Gr 4 and Gr 5 book available. HTH, Cheryl

HOD has contracted with the author and publisher to do a special print run of these books purely for HOD, so we currently have the only stock of these books and will continue to stock them.
