Will Rev-to-Rev be available this fall for 2011-2012 yr?

I searched but didn't see an answer for this. I saw the info about the Rev-to-Rev curriculum and think it is is just what I am needing for my upcoming 8th grader. He has been happy with his textbooks and wasn't interested in changing formats but can't stay out of sister's Preparing box of books. He's asked to do some HOD next year  but we've already covered the CtC and RtR material extensively with him and needing to move into American history topics. Rev-to-Rev seems like just the fit. Wondered if it would be available to purchase for this coming fall's school year? or when its release date is. Thanks!

We will be using Rev-to-Rev next year. Carrie usually has the books available early summer. The guide is usually available in August. This is the way she did RTR this year. I believe her plan is the same for Rev-to-Rev.

Arstephia, I had to chuckle about your son-my daughter who is in an online school for grade 7 has often "borrowed" her younger sister's books...and wandered into discussions we were having for school...and plopped down on the sofa with us...I definitely want to do HOD with her next fall too :)

Steph,

Yes, this will be available in 2011. The resources and packages for the new guide should be up on the website by the first week in March, Lord willing. The books have all been selected now and are currently being put in an information format that our web designer can then begin working from to design the new section of the website for the new book. :D We are thrilled with the resources in the new guide and pray it will be a blessing to many! :D

The guide itself will ship the first or second week of August, along with the Student Notebook pages. All other resources will be available for purchase as soon as the website goes live with the new product. :D

We will also have new book packs for DITHR targeted for grades 6-7. :D

Blessings,
Carrie

Great! Will you have any copies of the Teacher Guide at the conventions that can be looked over? We will be heading to one in June that I think you will be at. I would love to see the TG up close. :D

me too, I'm going in June! We are definitely using the new program for our son who will be in 8th next year. We couldn't do hod this year with the older kids and I AM SO FRUSTRATED trying to make my own curriculum. I forget stuff all the time and i do NOT have self motivated kids. Philadelphia? Maybe we will see you there? :)

Yes, we will have the first week of plans for the new guide Revival to Revolution for viewing at the conventions, along with a display copy of each of the resources used within the program for you to peruse. :D

Blessings,
Carrie
