As many of us deal with children who have a variety of issues (and even we ourselves do too!) I wanted to suggest some supplements for yourself and/or your children that may help. These supplements really do WORK. I have no motive in sharing these other than maybe they will help some of you as well. They help ADHD type of children or OCD, or depressed, etc, hyperactive. They are completely natural and safe. I hope this may help someone! I know it's not related to HOD specifically, but these items have helped us so much, I just wanted to share the resource. Blessings!

This is the first supplement: Concentrate by Enzymatic Therapy The link is:

Another very good supplement I am seeing good results with is called Mood Support, Now brand:

A VERY good supplement for hyperactive or ADHD children is PediaCalm. I give it to my 4 year old, and she has been amazing me! This stuff works, and is totally beneficial and natural. Link:

I get mostly ALL of my vitamins/herbs from www.iherb.com. They have the best prices I have found and free shipping over $40. I believe in taking natural supplements instead of medication whenever I can. And they WORK, truly.

For us moms, or maybe our older daughters, this hormone balancer is working for me so well! I am SO thankful to have found this product!

I hope this may help you. You could give some of these to various children in your home. I even take the Concentrate myself. It helps me to stay focused so much better. I know this is practical, but it is very helpful in our experience. Blessings!

I'll add a diet for kids Who are ADD, ADHD, Sensory processing issues and/or Autism. Its in the research phase, but they are seeing great results they don't want to hold back on the info. As it is just food, no drugs, non toxic, etc. People see results in 4-6 months some times as soon as 10 days. So its worth a try as it will do no harm but may make a huge difference.

Absolutely diet makes a huge difference and is an important factor! Thank you for the link. My son has been on a gluten free/casein free diet most of his life since 3, but he eats a lot more now. We stay away from refined sugars as much as possible though. We use raw honey instead. No sodas either!

Just want to add that if they are on medication from a doctor you can't go the herb route too. I think most people know that but just in case putting it out there. :D
