schedule link?

Hi everyone,

I am about to start Preparing and Beyond for the first time and I am just wondering if anyone could post their schedule or link to a previously posted schedule re these 2 packages. I am a morning person who usually likes to get school done by lunch, but I suppose I am mainly interested in seeing how people go with doing 2 lots of story times/history/science readings etc when Beyond is very hands on in all areas. How do I make sure my Preparing dd has time for me to listen to her readings and narrations etc....

I am not worried about it.....just looking for practical ideas/inspiration.

Thanks....

Corrie

Hi Corrie,

I'll post a couple of links you may find helpful.

Here are Julie's current and past schedules:

Here is a Preparing weekly schedule:

My son is using Beyond this year and I have found he can do his copywork and Math independently (we do the hands-on Math activities first). He'll read the Math directions to me and we'll discuss as needed. He then does the required Math pages, his copywork (with a timer) and if he's finished before I'm ready for him he can begin reading his Emerging Reader silently and then later read it aloud to me.

Enjoy your guides!

Here's a link where many ladies share their schedule for this year.

I think getting your school work done by lunch is very doable especially if you are a morning person. :D
