The reason specific categories are not listed is because the categories will vary depending on the person you are interviewing and what their profession or interests may be. For example, if you are interviewing a doctor, when compared to interviewing a pastor, or a quilter, or a fireman, you can see how your question categories will vary widely!

It helps to have the person you will be interviewing in mind when listing the 3 categories and filling out your planning sheet.

For example, off the top of my head, categories for a doctor might include some of the following ideas (i.e. Needed Education to be a Doctor, Typical Work Day, Memorable Moments in Your Practice, Others in the Medical Field Who've Inspired You, Reason for Becoming a Doctor, Pros/Cons of the Medical Profession, How Your Work Affects Your Family, etc.).
