Our first week has been......

Awesome!!!!!! We started this past Monday and on the first day my 13-yo dd doing CTC said halfway through the day, "I like this curriculum way better than last year. I am learning so much already." Then just today (Friday) she says, "I can't believe it has been a week already! I had so much fun!" She made the air-dry clay all by herself today and it is stored until Monday. She loves hands-on stuff!

My 9-yo dd is doing half-speed in Bigger and she started this past Weds. She loves the singing, the painting, learning about Columbus, and she had way too much fun today doing the jumping jacks and then reciting the poetry with her made up hand motions over and over. She wanted to keep going longer! (Columbus' character trait...Persistence!) She asked if we were doing school tomorrow (Saturday)! LOL! Sorry, mom is looking forward to sleeping in! LOL!

This is such great news to my heart as we struggled the last 3 years trying to find the right curriculum for them. Finally for our 4th year we find HOD and it is a true blessing!

If anyone is contemplating this curriculum....I HIGHLY recommend getting it!!!

Blessings!

We just started CTC this past week, too, with our dd who will be 13yo next week!! It will be fun to share our experiences here together this year! :)
