Question about Preparing for next year.

I am having a hard time deciding between Preparing and another curriculum. I am also considering combining the two. What I would like is a break down of how much time is spent in certain time periods... for example, out of the 36 weeks, 12 weeks in Ancients, 12 weeks in Middle Ages, 12 weeks in Early Modern, 12 weeks in Modern... I know it isn't 12 weeks in each, can someone fill me in?

Thank you.

Hi, I am currently making the switch to Preparing from another curriculum. I really wanted to do Ancients and chose Preparing because the First 18 weeks are ancient. Weeks 19-24 is the Church era. Week 25-28 Middle Ages and 29-30 Renaissance. Unit 31 is in the 1600-1700s and the last 2 units go over all the major wars (WW1, WW2, Korean, etc...)

You can view all of this in the samples under the Introduction.

I was watching a documentary on Egypt and she was so excited. "That's Israel!" "Yay, they are going to talk about the Pharaoh" etc..

Hooray! I soooo didn't want you to miss PHFHG. :D Talk about seeing God's hand in history - it set the stage perfectly for CTC on up. :D

In Christ,
