Bigger first 4 weeks

OK I know this is probably in a thread somewhere already but I have searched with all the combinations of words I could think of and I still get the dreaded "words are too common" response from the search engine. Can someone please tell me what is needed for Bigger in the first 4 weeks (including extension pckg). Also, I know I saw a thread for the first 9 weeks but I can't find it. If someone could give me the link to that too it would be great. 
I just realized that the units for the extension pack are listed already so I don't need that part.
