CTC art supplies question

I am trying to decide what I need for art supplies and have a question. I have 3 children who will be using CTC this year. Can someone please tell me how often you need the watercolor paper. I mean, how many projects are there for the year and what size paper? Can I get by with the small paper or do I need the larger? If I know how many projects there are, then I can times it by 3 to get about the right amount of paper with one order.
