Did you receive shipping confirmation?

Just curious... Last time I ordered I got a shipping confirmation the same day and my package arrived in 3 days total. This time I ordered 5 days ago and I haven't even gotten the shipping confirmation. Wondering if things are backed up or if maybe I'm just not getting a confirmation email this time. I emailed HOD last night and haven't received a response yet, so I just called as well and left a message. I'm antsy to get our things because we already started our school year, so I just wanted to ask. I LOVE getting mail.

Woohoo! Just heard back from Mike. They switched delivery services, and he told me that according to the tracking number, UPS should be delivering our things today! I can't wait to look through it all and get going.

Thanks for asking this question! I placed an order last week and noticed that I hadn't received a shipping confirmation email yet. Guess things have changed and I can still hope to receive our box this week!
