Awesome customer service!

Okay, I made a mistake. I had my brain in three different programs for the fall trying to decide what to do with my girls. I ordered a lot of different items at different times, probably not the smartest thing. I noticed tonight that I ordered the Teacher's Manuals for Singapore 1A/B (which you don't need for Beyond, but you do for LHFHG) and I forgot Juliette's Beginning Reader Bible. I emailed HOD earlier this evening and asked for help. They have already gotten back to me and are mailing my Bible out this week, we are just doing an exchange. I was floored that they emailed me on a Sunday, but also that they are going to mail the Bible out before I've even received my own mistake. I am just so impressed with the customer service I had to tell you all!

They will be so glad to hear this! Carrie works so very hard to be accessible to as many people as possible, and Mike works equally hard at all of his responsibilities with HOD customer service - I think it's because he views HOD as a ministry with all of his heart. I also think it's because he's married to a homeschool mom who wants her stuff as soon as possible! :D He gets that. :wink:

I've experienced similiar things... more than once!! HOD has the BEST customer service. I have ordered from many different suppliers and I have never been treated with this level of respect and care. Makes me feel important and I guess I like that :D .

Oh! I'm so happy to hear it! :D Mike and the boys work very hard to make sure our customers are satisfied. I'll pass along your words of encouragement to them as that will mean so much! :D
