? about Beyond and Emerging Readers

I know the list says you can use your own books, but do the lessons have specific suggestions or questions about the books that are recommended?

Maybe you are thinking about DITHOR. The Emerging Readers are a specific set of books, and the Beyond manual has questions to ask your child when they are done reading aloud to you. You can see the list of emerging readers here.

Now I understand what you were talking about. We have read several of the Emerging Readers and we all really like them. I really like the questions to ask my dc as well. Sorry for the confusion , but I'm glad your question got answered.

No problem! I know what you were thinking. I did end up ordering all the right ones, but I ordered on Amazon (because I got some good discounts ) and had to get 3 of the books in sets instead. But that's okay! More great books to read!
