Sorta OT: Arlington Bookfair

Post by Mommamo » Wed Apr 28, 2010 11:37 am

I think I remember that quite a few of you were going to be there. I haven't had ANY computer time so it's been a while since I've been on here. Anyway, I'm going completely by myself. No hubs or anyone. So, I was wondering if anybody else was going to be there alone who might want to get together. Maybe at least for lunch or something.

I really can't wait. I've never been to any homeschooling anything (other than our co-op) so I'm more than thrilled! I look forward getting to stopping by the HOD booth and meeting Julie and Carie too!

DS 11 and DD 9 - Preparing(completed 2 rounds of LHTH, LHFHG, Beyond, and Bigger)
DD 6 - LHFHG

I can't wait to see you there! :D Be sure to tell us you are on the board and your board name, as we feel like long lost friends with you ladies, even though we have never met face to face. :D :D :D

Mommamo,

I too have not had computer time in awhile. I have been checking in now and then to read what is going on with the ladies.
I am still loving HOD and was just recommending it this week to a new homeschooler. I will be at the Arlington Book fair both Friday and Saturday with some buddies. You are welcome to join us. I always love to meet fellow HODies. You can pm me if you would like to meet. :D

Blessings,
Cindy

I will be there too. I am coming up Friday from the Houston area with my kids and my hubby is flying in on Sat morning. I will be around on Friday evening so if you wanted to meet up for dinner, let me know. I will have my kids, dd(6) and ds (4), but we could still visit. PM me if you are interested.

I am so excited to meet Julie and Carrie too...they are the ONLY reason I am making the venture north!
Blessings,

Cindi

Ladies,

We are really looking forward to Arlington, and we head out tomorrow! We had a terrific time in Atlanta and were blessed to meet many moms from the board and many new families as well! :D We'll see those of you who can make it in Arlington!

Blessings,
Carrie
