Daughter showed off CTC at our Homeschool Fair

Our home school group had their yearly home school fair this weekend. The home school fair is an opportunity for children to display history projects, book reports, science experiments, play an instrument, sing a song, give recitations, and much more. Every child gets a participation award. We had 60+ families participate this year. Lydia displayed her CTC notebook and many of the projects she had made through-out the year. I teased her and told her she manned her first curriculum booth! LOL. She was swamped. She said she got so many questions about CTC her brain was muddled. They wanted to know the names of her history books, see her notebook, ooh and ahh over all the projects. Too funny.

That is so great. I've been watching her projects develop through the year on your blog and have always been so impressed with the care she puts into everything. I'm glad she got to share with other homeschoolers her efforts and how great HOD is.

What a great opportunity! I am glad she got to show off her work because as someone else said, it does always look very nice.

What a GREAT idea! Both the fair and showing off CTC! We may have to borrow this idea. I am really looking forward to my daughter starting CTC this fall.

Daisy - Your dd has done beautiful work with CTC. I am so glad she was able to share it with others, and that you took the time to help her do that as well.

What a great thing to have her do. That is such a great experience for her and she should be very proud she does such a nice job with her school work.

Daisy,
I cannot believe how much your daughter has grown up this year! Where does the time go? She is literally growing up before our eyes.
It looks like she did a terrific job of sharing at the fair. I'm so proud of her, and she should feel so good about what she has accomplished this year.
We pray that she has been drawn ever closer to our Lord through her trip through CTC! Thanks for sharing her special event with us!
I thoroughly enjoyed it.
