Has anyone used non-fiction books other than the One Small Square books recommended for the level 2 and level 3 DITHOR programs?
Should it be in nature if using a different book? I had thought about using the Christian Liberty Reader 2 and 3 (I already have these) in place of One Small Square. There are a lot more pages in those books, though, so i don't know how that would work.
I also like the idea of something like Let's Drive, Henry Ford, but I'm thinking that it is more biography than non-fiction...
I don't have the Sample booklist, yet. Maybe that has more info that i need.

Re: Level 2 books for DITHor
The Sample Booklist is a great place to start, I just used it last night to order books, mostly used. But for the non-fiction, we'll use If You Lived a Hundred Years Ago, simply because I had bought it to use this year for storytime but decided instead to go with Pagoo, so it has just been sitting on a shelf. I'm kind of burned out on nature and science books, so I thought this would be a nice change of pace. HTH!
