We are soooo excited at our house! Yesterday all of our curriculum, books, music, etc. came for our next school year. The mailman showed up right as we were headed out the door for a picnic on a beautiful day. My kids were soooo excited that "our new school" came, that they wanted to stay inside & look at all the fun! If the lunches hadn't been packed, baby fed & diapered, toddler dressed & ready... we would have opened the boxes on the spot! But, instead I got to look through them ALL BY MESELF during nap/quiet time, & I absolutely LOVE what I see!! I know next year will be as wonderful of a year as this year has been, for God has truly led us to HOD & we are so blessed!
Today, now that it's raining, I let the girls in on the fun...the main thing they wanted to know was, "where is our new Bible??" And I let them take one little peek in a book of their choice. Now, everything is hiding away until next Fall- except for the time I will take peeks (or really read through each book on my own- including manuel from cover to cover )... it's going to be hard to wait. Thanks, HOD for such a wonderful curriculum that both parents & kids look forward to & enjoy- & that places Christ at the center!!

I know you'll enjoy it! I can't wait to buy Bigger Hearts at the Cinci Convention and look the things over by myself in the hotel room!

Those pictures are so precious! Your kiddos look so excited, and I am fondly remembering each of those books as I look at your photos. How fun to sneak away and enjoy looking at your books in the quiet! That is my favorite thing to do when we get the new books for an HOD guide too. I love to pour over them and dream of the year that is to come. Thanks so much for sharing your box day with us!

Loved the pictures of your sweet dc with their new school books. It's so sweet they wanted to look at their books right away. I too can't wait to buy my stuff next week at the Cincy Convention. I already have the HOD booth marked on my vendor hall map.

Great picture! Looks like you are doing Little Hearts and Beyond this year. We are finishing Little Hearts (what a BLESSING) and starting Beyond in the fall. I can't wait! Ihope you are as blessed as we have been this year!

Your girls are precious! I love the huge grins and the cute little feet sticking up in the air, the excitement is so apparent!
Enjoy your goodies, LHTH is my special favorite because it really helped my daughter start a wonderful relationship with God.
And LHFHG has helped to grow that relationship even stronger.
