you have given me. You went above and beyond to take care of me for something that wasn't even your fault in any way. Thank you for taking such good care of your customers.

Just want to pop in to say I noticed the excellent customer service as well. It isn't something that you get all the time so the great and prompt customer service from HOD is SO NICE!!

AND I just want to pop in and say thank you for sharing! It is a BIG deal for any business to provide excellent customer service. My previous curriculum provider did NOT and it seemed to consistently come on its discussion-board.... yet the service continued to be poor. It just means so much to me that HOD character shines through in every area; from the book selections to helping with questions concerning curriculum to customer service. Thank you, Missy, for sharing. Thank you, Carrie and Mike, for your godly integrity in every area of HOD!

Me, too! I have been waiting on a very small delivery from another curriculum provider for almost two weeks. The items were just a little something extra I wanted that HOD does not provide. I am getting aggravated. Maybe I'm spoiled now. I don't know. I just keeping thinking that if HOD can provide the kind of attention and service that they do with LARGE orders, then why can't other companies do half as much with small orders??

HOD's customer service is definately the best that I've encountered. I wish I could order everything that we want & need from HOD.
