Scrapbook of the year idea I have...

I've been trying to figure out some way to reinforce the things we've learned from each unit of Beyond that we're working through. Today I think I might have figured out just a way to do that.
I'd like to do a scrapbook (12" X12" pages) of our year in Beyond. Each unit would be a 2-page layout featuring things used from lapbooks, photos of projects we've done, and the Scripture verse placed somewhere there too. I really want to be able to review over each unit and see what we can remember, and also have something to remember our year in Beyond .
This afternoon ideas just started flying through my head about things I'd like to add in to this, and how I'd like to do the same with Bigger next year too. I have some crafts and things I know I want to add in to some of the lessons. I'm thinking a page about Holland for our upcoming unit when the Pilgrims head that way---featuring tulips, storks, windmills, dikes, etc. We'll add in some things as we go along--vocabulary words from our reading, grammar definitions, blurbs of our read-alouds, and so forth.
This is all in my head tonight, so over the weekend I want to get this going, as we've already finished 3 units so far, and I'll have to backtrack a little to cover the first three in our book. It might be nice to even have a week of review after so many units to make sure we have a good retention of some our lessons. So, if each book has 34 units, I'd need about 36 pages in the book--not 68 like I'm thinking~right?
I'd love to hear any ideas you have about this, and once I get this started, I'll try to post a picture of what we'll be doing.
