Hello Fellow Hodies!

My family and I are in Hawaii (tagging along on hubby's business trip). Anyway, Due to the Earthquake in Chile early this morning we are in Tsunami Warning. It is due to hit here at 4 pm Eastern time (11:20a.m Hawaii Standard time).
Please pray for us and all others here, and especially the tourist district (Waikiki) as that is where we are and they are telling us to stay put even though we are 1 block from the beach. Those in lower hotel rooms are being moved up to higher floors. We are on 28th floor of our building.

God is in Control and we are trusting Him!!

4pm Hawaii time UPDATE: Thank you so much for prayers, Ladies! GOD is GOOD!! We did not get anything from this Tsunami. God certainly had His hands around us today! I hear that Hilo Bay on first main island only had a 5 foot surge and no damage. Most boats, ships here evacuated out to sea and we've spent the rest of our day watching them all return.
We apprciate all the prayers!

Praying for you!!!!!

Praying! For you and all those in the warning area. 2 earthquakes in 2 days...the other in Okinawa, Japan (where my little sis is stationed in the Air Force). There it was a 7.0, so although a little weaker, still strong and there was absolutely NO Tsunami. Amazing! God is in control and we will all be praying that Hawaii will miss the Tsunami as well!
