My son accepted Jesus as his savior yesterday!

I know I don't post here much anymore. We have just gotten so very busy and I have not had time to post anywhere as much as I used to. However, I just had to come and tell you all about the wonderful work God did in my son's heart! And I really feel that I owe it, in many ways, to the teachings in HOD. This year, we have been working through LHFHG and have done all of the Bible verses and stories. My 6.5 year old has been so interested and excited as we have gone through this! He has asked me several times about being saved...especially as we have gone through the devotional book. Yesterday we were talking about Zacchaeus and then we read the devotional called, "Why did Jesus Save Me." Scotty looked at me and said, "mom, I want Jesus to save me too!" We talked for a bit and then I told him we would talk to the pastor last night at church. He waited patiently until church was over, but as he ran up the ramp to me from his class, he said, "Momma, don't forget, I am getting SAVED tonight!!" We went straight to the pastor's office and he talked to my baby about Jesus. We held hands and he prayed the sinner's prayer together!
Praise God! He is SO GOOD! The first thing that my son said to me this morning was, "MOMMA! I am a CHIRSTIAN!"
And I just want to thank Carrie for writing such a beautiful and amazing Bible study. I can't believe that, through our time with HOD, my little guy has become so close with God. Every day is a blessing and a gift and we treasure our studies so much. Thank you Carrie!

Thank you all. Today we went and got him his very own Bible. He is so super excited! Today, he has been reminding all of us when we do things that are not Christianlike. He is so precious. Seeing God through a child's eyes is just amazing.

Rebecca,
I'm praising God today with you and your son! It brings tears to my eyes that the Lord ministered to your son's heart through Little Hearts for His Glory.
Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to share this moment with us. I know the angels are rejoicing in heaven over your son's salvation.
Blessings,
Carrie
