I didn't want to hijack Mary's thread, but I wanted to tell you that I really enjoyed your hubby's pictures. Very interesting. And his story about almost buying a shirt was funny and shocking! I can't believe how far our $$ won't go!

Keep us posted on his travels, and we'll be praying for his safe return to his family!

I'm glad you enjoyed the photos. We're having so much fun with the Blog! He is in Europe to meet with customers of his company, to give them a report of progress being made, and to escort them to various places and dine with them in the evening. I actually think this is very funny, because my husband has never been to Europe, or any other country, until this trip! However, he is very capable, and has been the designated person for finding routes to various locations and keeping track of the customers in route. He went out to dinner with them, I think about 10 of them in all, 2 nights ago. He said that the total for the bill, including the tip, was 850 pounds. Well, he and I are not great at converting that to US dollars, but we think it comes to about $1600 for dinner. Can you believe that? I asked him, jokingly, "When are you going to take me out for a $1600 dinner?" His response,"When you spend $20 million with our company." So, even though this is obviously an exhorbitant amount, I can see how a company may be willing to spend such amounts to make their customers happy?! And, even though it's a corporate account and he is NOT responsible for paying the bill, all of these purchases are on my husband's American Express card. He said there is no way he would get a wink of sleep if he thought he would have to be responsible for that! He's having a great time, and though I'm a bit jealous  because I would love to tour Europe, I'm so glad he's enjoying himself. He is a bit behind on posting to the blog, so keep checking back. He tells me he got some great pictures of places, as well as some of the food he's been sampling. Thanksfor your continued prayer. We're doing okay for now because my parents are here and offer a distraction for all of us. Once they leave we'll have 5 days until his return. I miss him a lot, but I know we'll be fine 'til he gets back.
