First day with Beyond...

We finally got moved and settled, and yesterday was our first day back with Beyond! We love it.... just like we did with LHFHG! I forgot how smooth our day can go, with just the right amount of work, for little busy bodies! My youngest, who is four, really wanted to do school too, so we are doing LHTH... again. He loves it so much, though!! I think we are on our third time drawing the picture of "God creating light and darkness".
So, with doing Beyond with 2 and LHTH, I still had time to make rolls (using my bread machine  ) and some cookies! This is what I really enjoy most about Heart of Dakota... I love the fact that I know I am giving my kids a very Christ centered education, and mom doesn't get overwhelmed either!!

I had the opportunity to talk with two of my friends who are thinking about homeschooling. Both of them, didn't know how they could do it... how could they possibly fit it into their day, and be organized. I just want to tell them "Heart of Dakota" is the way!!! But, I know that they have to choose what fits best with their families..... but I still can't help but tell them how much I love it! :D

LeAnna,

I'm so glad that you had a great first day back! :D Thanks so much for taking time to share. It blessed my heart beyond measure today. I'll link this to the Main Board too, so more moms have a chance to respond. :D

Blessings,
Carrie

LeAnna - That's wonderful to hear! I am so glad you are enjoying Beyond, and an awesome first day is just an unexpected gift sometimes in homeschooling, so I'm celebrating the many happy days you have ahead of you with you today! :D

In Christ,
Julie

Oh, go ahead and tell them the good news - not THE Good News, but still pretty great! :)
