My ds6 is doing well with RME...we're on about Lesson 18, I think. I noticed that HOD now has the workbooks that go with it and wondered if others of you have used it and was it helpful? I'll be placing an order ina couple of weeks and I am wondering if I should add this workbook to my cart. Any opinions?

I used RME last year with my dd and the workbooks were not available, she did just fine without them. We didn't even finish the course but she is having no problems whatsoever with reading. The workbooks look like they would be a great way to reinforce to lessons, so if your child struggling then maybe you might want to get them.

RME = Reading Made Easy
TRL = The Reading Lesson

We have enjoyed the RME workbooks...other than the copy page. My son really doesn't like writing, but he loves the other pages if the workbooks.
