Hey All,

When the book gives the measurements in mm for the students to draw the planets according to scale, are these measurements for the circumference or diameter? It probably should be obvious, but I am not a science person, so I am just not sure. Thanks for your help.

In His love,
RuthAnn

Interpreted that to be diameter. Circumference would be a little harder to calculate and this is meant to be something they can do. So go with diameter, that is what we did and it worked just fine. Happy planet drawing. :D

We did diameter, too. :D It will probably take 3 pieces of paper to do it this way. Grant had fun with that last year!

Thanks, ladies. We did diameter, and it did take 2 - 3 pieces of paper. :D
