Beefing up Preparing

for an 8th grader?

I need suggestions for Science, History, and possibly Bible. :D

I wanted to just give you this thread that might help. It is for 7th grade but it still might be helpful. This is the kind of thing that Carrie is going to have the best answer. She is wonderful with helping you work a program to your family's needs if it can be done. :D Hopefully this thread and the threads within it will help a bit.

Hi Miranda!

We are using Preparing for 3rd, 6th and 7th. We simply use the extension package and have added Latin & a Greek workbook and an additional science text. Personally, my two older children enjoy the pace of Preparing. My little man in 3rd is trying to keep up, but I am finding Preparing to actually be a bit too much for him so I have eliminated some things from the schedule just for him. Hope that helps!
