Storytime for Preparing

Am i wrong or does the Storytime for the Preparing manual go with the History for the Preparing manual? The reason i ask is because i plan on combining 2 of my children for History, Bible, and the Science block. They would be doing different storytimes. so ,the year we do History etc in Preparing, should i have my daughter do the storytime from Preparing and then the next year go back to the Storytime for Bigger? See, if all goes well, she will be one manual behind for Basics and Poetry and do the History, etc with her brother in the manual ahead. Hence, the year she would do Preparing history she would be in Bigger for the Basics.

What have some of you done who combine your children for these parts?
Thanks. i am a planner and like to have things somewhat planned ahead -even if things do change.

Hi Jenn,

Yes the Story Time for Preparing ties in with the Preparing History! HTH.

I would definitely do PHFHG's Storytime when you do the PHFHG History. They pair so nicely and work together to paint a poignant picture of history. The Beyond and BHFHG Storytimes are genre based and can be done anytime. They use excellent books and give a good balance of different kinds of books to read aloud. HTH!
