Hi Mike and Carrie,

I just received my books from you that I had to reorder. I just want to say thank you so much for the replacements and quick shipping!!! This is my first time using HOD and if the program is half as great as you guys are, we will be very blessed!

Thanks so much for your kind words! They blessed my husband and I today. :D My husband so enjoys fulfilling orders, running our business, and teaching my big boys to unpack new stock and keep our "warehouse" clean and in order.
