Which type of clay did you end up using for the history project for week 4 in Preparing???

This was a fun project - I used modeling clay - the kind you buy in sticks. That worked well!

The truth? None yet. I planned to use modeling clay but I just can't seem to remember it when I go to Walmart. Dh has another vacation the last week of this month so I think we'll do it then for something fun to do. I know this will be out of sync but I guess better late than never. I'm getting groceries tomorrow and I'm going to go put that on my list right now!

would homemade playdough recipe type thing work?

Or do we need clay????

Anything solid enough to carve in with a toothpick and not have it run back together should work. Maybe just mix it thicker?
