Adding in Igniting Your Writing

My older son is doing Bigger with extensions. He is doing dictation (instead of spelling) from HOD and pretty much doing the rest of the manual as written. We Use our own Language Arts (CLE) and Math (also CLE). Along with those, I am allowing him to finish up the CLE Bible workbooks he started last year. For this year (5th grade), we have added Spanish, more Art, and Typing. I makes for a good, solid, full day of school. However, I also realize that I need to add some kind of writing. He struggles in that area and I feel like he needs more exposure. I took the HOD recommendation to do Igniting Your Writing. I really like the feel of the program and the varying levels (My degree is in English with a focus in writing...LOL so this is my *thing*). I am just not sure how/when to schedule it. Anyone else using this program? If so, how often do you do it? Where do you add it in?

Thanks so much!

Blessings,

Rebecca

Oh, for goodness sake! You would think I could have found that in a search! So sorry to ask the same question over. Thanks so much for the link. :)

Rebecca,

No worries! :D It's easier for me to find past posts of my own, because I know I typed them! It's harder to look for a past post if you're not even sure there was one on this topic!

Blessings,
Carrie
