Atlanta Homeschool Expo

Post by jensmom » Wed Jul 22, 2009 8:36 pm

For those close to Atlanta:

I am eagerly awaiting next Friday when I finally get to meet Carrie AND see all of the HOD offerings at the Southeast HS Expo. Plus, I will hopefully be able to purchase the remaining items needed for Bigger while I am there.

Was anything decided about a meeting time for HODies to meet at the Expo and get acquainted? I plan to be there most of Friday but Saturday is uncertain.

Carrie, are there any HOD workshops planned?

I was completely on board for going but I am not sure if I can make it. If I do go it will be for Friday only. I'll watch this thread and see what gets decided and or post if I end up being able to making it. I wanted to answer since I did say I was going originally. I would like to go but just can't say for sure yet. :D

I hope you can make it. But I also hope that we are able to add many more HODies to the area.

I'm planning on coming to the Expo on Friday. I'll be attending with a friend, so I'm not sure how free my time will be. But I would love to meet some fellow HODies. The idea to get together at another time sounds great as well! See you on Friday, maybe!

Judy,

Since Atlanta is new for us and only Julie and I will be manning the booth, I chose not to speak at this upcoming conference. We'll be flying in for the event and are shipping all of our product and displays there as our schedule is too busy to drive. We''ll look forward to meeting any of you that can attend and know the Lord has prepared the way for us to have a wonderful convention! :D

Blessings,
Carrie

I can't wait to see all of the different levels at one time and look through the books. Also need to buy the remaining books necessary for Bigger. I hope we can set Atlanta on fire to HOD. :D

I look forward to meeting both Carrie and Julie.

Fellow HODies, let's plan to swing past the booth on the top of the hour starting at 11am on Friday to see if we can meet one another.
