Plastic sheet protectors for notebooking? Another question

Where is the cheapest place to buy these? I saw them at Walmart on sale for $3.50 for 50. I have two children doing PHFHG next year so with the amount that I'd have to buy it would be very expensive. If I need 250 for each of them, actually I'm not sure actually how many I'd need. That would add up to about $35.00 in just page protectors. I've searched the internet and found Walmart to be the least expensive, unless there is some place I've missed.

I just saw page protectors at Office Depot. The package was $18.99 for 200 of them. Not sure if this helps.

I am not sure of the exact price, but it is cheaper to buy them in 100 or 200 packs. I got some at Staples and some scrapbooking ones at Hobby Lobby.

I wonder if Sam's or Costco has them?

We got ours at Sam's Club last year...lasted an entire year for 2 children and I'm sure we didn't pay more than $10 or $15 or so.

Office Max is the cheapest place to buy them around here (which is SD).

I'd do some price checking, when you're buying in bulk like that, I'd guess an office supply store would have them the cheapest of anywhere.

Thanks ladies for your suggestions. I decided just to buy them at Walmart. They are $3.77 for 50. I bought two packs for now. I am guessing that with 2 children going through Preparing I will need to buy two packs about every 8 weeks or so. It did not seem so overwhelming in price if I just buy them in increments. I almost have everything that I need for Preparing for the two kids. Just need to get a couple more odds and end things. It is nice to see everything coming together for the Fall. I am really looking forward to starting but not enough to wish away my summer. Summer's go too fast around here. Being in the North we appreciate the warmth that summer brings. Thanks again for all of your help.
