Is the time required to do DITHOR calculated into the time they say it takes to do a level of HOD or is it in addition to what they say it will take. Like they say 2-2 1/2 hrs for Beyond ( think that is right)- and they say level 2/3 of HOD takes (oh now I forget)- but whatever it is, is that part of the 2-2 1/2 or is it in addition to the 2-2 1/2??

It's scheduled into that day's lessons (I think in the LA box) so it's part of that time form my understanding.

Yes - it's calculated in the time.
