My daughter is going to get me in trouble one of these days

Hi everybody,
I just thought I'd share this incident with you.
I had to take my daughter to the doctor's office last week, and the subject of school came up. The Dr. asked my daughter if she had school that morning and she said no.
We DID have school that morning, only she doesn't consider HOD "school", because she finds it so enjoyable.

My 6yo has been known to say, "I don't have to go to school. I only do fun school."

Too cute!
We've had the same thing happen, and it was also at the doctor's office.
I guess our dc find HOD just too much fun to be considered school.

Ha! We have had that happen too, also at the doctor's office. My dd said, "Well, no I don't go to school. I am homeschooled, so I am ALWAYS in school!" The doctor then said, "That's good, you be sure to listen to your Mommy. I know she's smart."
If he only knew....

This is TOO cute! I can honestly say I never felt that way about MY schooling when I was growing up. Here's praying that your daughter keeps her love for learning for a long time to come.
