I was worried about placing my Benjamin in the correct curriculum next year since he's almost 8, and doesn't really read much yet.

In the last two days he's read about ten dr suess books to me! Woo hoo!! So I may just do Beyond with him after all!!
It's so awesome, it's like a lightbulb just snapped on. This, this kind of event is why we homeschool!
(and gratifying to me after all those tedious hours spent in phonics... tee hee!!!!)

Darci,

HOORAY!! :D These are the golden moments that we wait, worry, and pray about and then.... in God's timing it all comes full circle. I'm sure you're feeling a big weight is lifting right now. I know I am always overjoyed when my kiddos start to take off with their reading.

Celebrating with you!

Blessings,
Carrie

Woo Hoo!

We haven't "met" yet, but I had to smile when I saw that you have 6 boys...I have 6 girls! Well, and now one son also, but it isn't often that I meet another mom with "6 in a row" like us.

Congrats again!
