Lapbooking Question

Post by butterfly113 » Tue May 26, 2009 7:34 am

Are there any lapbooking activities in Preparing Hearts? If not, do you think it would be easy enough to add it in... or bee too much??? All thoughts welcome!

I have not done Preparing yet but I think lapbooking is always an easy thing to add if you are so inclined. My children love it and HOD is so flexible it is very easy to add these kinds of things. If you do Preparing 4 days a week as written you could easily make one day lapbooking. We love to lapbook and I have found it is an easy thing to add when we want to do it. The only thing I don't like about lapbooking is the mess.

We just finished PHFHG, and had a blast with it! :D There are 2 notebooking assignments for history, 2 notebooking assignments for science, a history project, and a science lab each week - so there are more than enough lapbooking/hands-on type things to satisfy the most creative of dc. :D But, if you love lapbooking and would enjoy adding it - you have enough leftover time to do so, and that would be easy enough to do, especially on Day 5!
