What happens when Kindergarten Singapore goes?

I just noticed that the K level Singapore Math books are going out of print. Are they totally going away, or are they going to release a new edition?
If they are going away, what is a good substitute?

I believe it's a transition from 4 books to 2 books. What is changing inside, IDK. But Singapore K will still be around.

Here is a link to a previous post about this. I read it through and Carrie addresses it at the end. Personally, since I already have LHFHG and love the current singapore, I plan to buy an extra copy of Earlybird Kindergarten 2a and 2b for my last son and just hold onto it until he gets to LHFHG.

I searched and couldn't find a previous post about it, so thanks!
I thought about buying an extra set too!
I am so glad to know that it isn't going away.....

Since they are going to change the manual and the k math within the next year, I would only buy Singapore Earlybird Kindergarten 2A & 2B if I already had the LHFHG manual and younger kids I wanted to use it with. Unless you just really, really like it. I don't think they will offer schedules for out of print items later. They don't offer them for the devotionals that are out of print for LHTH. So if you bought a new LHFHG manual after the reprint then you won't have a schedule for Singapore Earlybird Kindergarten 2A & 2B. If you had an older copy of LHFHG after the reprint, you would be able to get a schedule for whatever math they decide to replace it with.
I hope that made sense outside of my head. :D
