"Quote" feature

Post by Candice » Mon Feb 11, 2008 1:08 pm

I can't seem to make this work (quote feature) when posting. I can only seem to quote someone's entire post, not just a paragraph.

Help please!

Candice

It seems to work for me :D

All I did was INSTEAD of hitting reply, I just click the quote and it does it for me....

Well, I'm not sure if there's a better way to do it - but I just quote the entire post and then if there's only a portion of it that I really need, I delete the rest. There may be a more efficient way to do that though :?

Ugh! I know it is so simple, what am I doing wrong? Can someone walk me through this? Oh, I feel like such a goofball!

When you delete the part you don't want.... You have to be sure to keep the first part that says "quote=..." and the last part

that says "/quote"

you'll get it. :D
