I love For The Children's Sake by Susan Schaeffer Macaulay. This one inspired me so much when I first read it.

I've read most of A CM Compnaion by Karen Andreola this past year. I've really learned a lot!
I know that there were others suggested when I was asking last year - I think by Catherine Levison. (I totally could have butchered her name. Hopefullly someone else can set that straight.
) The Andreola book is pretty long and I think the others are shorter. I've got lots of good ideas from it on how to implement some of the CM ideas though.

For the Children Sake is one that I read first also. I really like Catherine Levison's A Charlotte Mason Education book for the practical application of the CM method. A Charlotte Mason Companion by Karen Andreola is a good read also, as well as her Pocketful of Pinecones book. It is a nice fiction book about how to do Nature studies etc.

There's no substitute for reading her own writings. Everyone else's are just narrations of her words! I really never understood the depth of Charlotte's ideas until I read her own books. You can read the original books for free online or you can read her books updated in Modern English. I prefer the original. She was an excellent writer.
