Do you need worksheets for R&S 3?

I'm doing Preparing next year with dd, and someone offered me the corresponding English worksheets to go with R&S 3. Are these necessary? Or will she get enough practice with the other assignments?

We are doing R&S 3 this year and I really love the worksheets. I don't use them for extra practice, though. If there is a worksheet that corresponds with the lesson we will do the textbook assignment orally and she will do the worksheet on her own. I started doing it this way because sometimes the lessons had too much writing for my daughter.

It's probably just a matter of preference. We haven't used the worksheets with our kiddos, although I did order them when I originally began Rod and Staff English with our oldest son. We just go through the lessons "as is" in the book. The worksheets are provided in reduced form in the back of the Teacher's Guides too.
Blessings,
Carrie

I used the worksheets with my older two, and will likely do the same with #3. We didn't use them the day we did the corresponding lesson, but the next day as review. The expense of the set is not all that great, and the answers are in the teacher's manual, if you own that.

we use them and love them. They are really inexpensive, too.
I also use the unit tests and we make a big deal out of them.
