RME Workbooks-- I have samples to share!

Post by Mom2Monkeys » Sat Apr 11, 2009 10:26 am

I know several of you were curious out the workbooks coming out in mid-May to use with Reading Made Easy. There are 3 workbooks to be released then, but there will be a 4th after that. She sent sample pages to Carrie-- she also sent some to me and told me I can share them with others! So, If you will give me your email address, I will send the files. I'm not sure how else to do it really...
There are several files, so would the HOD Yahoo group files section be better...or mediafire.com???

I'll email them for now but I'll wait until I have several requests so I can send several at a time and I might have to send two emails to send all the samples. You're going to LOVE these especially if you are familiar with the book already :D

Oh, it looks like the most likely format will be a CD of the workbooks in PDF that you can print as needed for all your children. When you order, she'll also email the PDF files so you can get started right away! She plans to include some games and flashcards that you can print and play as well. It's going to really add some more spark to her already great program!

The samples look wonderful. I think this is very much what my son could use. The only problem is that we don't use that type of font. I think it would be fine when he is reading, but it would confuse him too much during the copywork.

Just remember that the copywork is optional! The workbook uses the index card activity and you chose one or the other to help with sentence building. We actually do neither. The only copywork he will do is what is scheduled with HOD. We do cursive first, so we don't use that font either.

Hey Shannon,
I received an e-mail from Valerie that if you order RME this month you get the first workbook free on PDF. You may want to contact her!
