We've made it through page 100 now and have done all the lower case letters, and I'd say that they're formed "traditionally". (I could actually go look at the rest of the book, but I'm tired and lazy tonight.
)
I can tell you that I think Cheerful Cursive is wonderful!
It has great steady practice in writing cursive well. I am shocked at how well my ds (who is not fond of writing) is doing!!
It has them practice reading cursive, too - picking out certain letters in words. Sometimes they go from manuscript to cursive and other times from cursive to manuscript. I am VERY pleased with it!
