Yesterday, we were in Marshalls looking around. My 3 yo dd spotted the shelf of books and begged to take a look. Of course, she started asking for this book and that. They were mostly cartoonish books based on popular tv shows. I kept saying no, not that one. Finally, I said, "No, sweetie, those books are just twaddle. Let's find a really good book." She proceeds to pull out her ever-popular whiny voice and say, "But Momma, I reeeeealllly like twaddle!." I couldn't help but laugh. I know the feeling. I like a tidbit of uselessness every once in a while too!

THat is really cute! I totally get liking twaddle every once in a while. I like the word too...I think I might have to borrow that one.

Very Cute!! And yes, I to do enjoy some twaddle... although my twaddle usually comes more in the form of tv that is a complete waste of my time... "sigh"
